The 2nd day of the week (3rd if you’re weird). The thought of the day is centered around the refinement of the individual.

Thought(s) of the Day

If aren’t able to perceive your weaknesses, how can you truly improve?

A minor observation of this in play, if you want to make friends at the gym — which I find hard to do — would to be ask this simple thing, “How many sets do you have?”

This is a universal phrase used across all gyms — no doubt about it. The thought came to me as I overheard two people conversing, and I’ve come to realize that a lot of gym friendships start because of that phrase. So it improves my chances of interacting and making friends within the gym I can utilize that phrase.

One must be perceptive and observant if one wants to improve. Look for the lesson in everything, even small conversations.
